AutoApp Customer Portal provides you with interactive motoring tools and features that you’ll find useful and beneficial after purchasing your new vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers will only be allowed to access these features if they have been invited to do so by the car dealer by way of a special 5 digit passcode (provided by the car dealer).
Once you log in you will be able to discover more about the car dealer and also have access to their core services such as searching their vehicle stock. More importantly, you will have exclusive access to other useful motoring tools and services such as; MOT reminder & booking, Service reminder & booking, Insurance reminder and Tax reminder. These tools help you keep track of expiry dates for your new car and automatically notify you when any are due.
The AutoApp Customer Portal will also allow you to store important information about the car you have just purchased. Information such as; make & model, trim level, chassis number, oil type and tyre pressures – details you’re likely to forget about.
If you’re unfortunate enough to breakdown by the roadside then the [name here] app has a Breakdown assistance tool which gives you quick access to your breakdown recovery service. The tool will also provide you with information about where you have broken down via GPS. The app also provides you with useful advice should you breakdown.
If you’re involved in an accident then you can use the Accident assistance tool. This tool enables you to take down details of the accident (e.g vehicle details, accident date and time, police reference number etc). You can also obtain immediate access to your own insurance details should you need them.
